Managed the successful penetration of the codec into DVD chips, DVD players, STB devices, and IPTV.  Licensing revenue into CE went from $2M to $8M in 18 months.  This project was crucial in fueling their $600M IPO.

EUROPEAN SOFTWARE COMPANY

Develop monetization strategy for their compression and authoring IP

Worked with internal cross-functional team to create 3-Yr Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan that grew market share from 17-29% and raised margins 14% in 12 mon. ($80M of the $110M of the company revenue was earned by this division)
